These terms summarize how ProjectRoll workspaces, billing, records, and shared access should be used.

Use the product responsibly

Members should upload project photos and related media they are allowed to store and share.

Workspaces own their project records, share links, reports, packages, and storage usage inside ProjectRoll.

Plan limits, checkout, subscription status, and billing portal access are managed through ProjectRoll billing and Stripe.

ProjectRoll may update features, limits, and workflows as the product improves. We aim to keep workspace records accessible through those updates.
